Simonetta Wenkert

Simonetta Wenkert is an author, translator and restaurateur. Alongside her husband Avi she runs Ida, a neighbourhood Italian restaurant in Queens Park. She is the author of two novels published by Bloomsbury and her upcoming memoir Ida At My Table, which tells the story of her family’s love affair with food though the generations, will be published by Bedford Square in 2024.
