Debbie Cullinane is a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, Play Therapist and former Primary School Teacher with over ten years’ experience in education. She is the co-founder of The F.I.R.M.® Parent Hub and co-host of the parenting podcast Is It Just Us?, alongside Hayley Rice.

Debbie works closely with parents, children and families through her private practice, parent education and professional training. She has also authored four online summer courses for primary school teachers and has worked with organisations including Smyths Toys Superstores and Childhood Cancer Ireland.

Together with Hayley, Debbie has built an online community supporting parents with practical, relationship-focused approaches to everyday family life. Their first book, F.I.R.M.® Parenting, will be published by Ebury.
