Hayley Rice is a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, Play Therapist and former Primary School Teacher. She is the co-founder of The F.I.R.M.® Parent Hub and co-host of the parenting podcast Is It Just Us?, alongside her colleague Debbie Cullinane. Through her private practice, parent education and professional training, Hayley works closely with children, teenagers, parents and families. She is also an experienced speaker and corporate trainer, delivering workshops and training for parents, educators, professionals and organisations across Ireland.

Together, Hayley and Debbie have built an online community supporting parents with practical, relationship-focused approaches to everyday family life. They are the creators of the F.I.R.M.® Parenting approach and their first book, F.I.R.M.® Parenting, will be published by Ebury.
