Yelena Moskovich is a Ukrainian-born American and French artist and writer, author of Virtuoso, long-listed for the Dylan Thomas Prize, The Natashas and A Door Behind a Door. She emigrated to Wisconsin with family as Jewish refugees in 1991, then alone to Paris in 2007. She has written for Vogue, Frieze, Times Literary Supplement, Paris Review and Dyke On Magazine. Her most recent novel Nadezhda in the Dark is published by Footnote Press.
