Anna Hedworth

Anna Hedworth is cook, author and owner of Cook House and Long Friday, award winning restaurants in Newcastle upon Tyne. Her first book, Recipes and Stories from Cook House, was published by Head of Zeus in 2019 and was named one of the Top 10 Food Books of 2019 by the Sunday Times.

Her upcoming cookbook Service will be published by Quadrille in 2025.
