Claudine is a French/British chef who grew up all over the world. After graduating from university she studied at Leith's School of Food and Wine. She then went on to teach a variety of popular cookery classes at Leith’s, Divertimenti and Cookery School at Little Portland Street in London.

In 2007, while teaching at Leith's, she met Yotam Ottolenghi. Sixteen years on, she has tested all the recipes from his cookery books and articles in The Guardian, The New York Times and Waitrose, from her home in rural Wales.

Claudine also teaches online workshops, develops recipes and creates content for renowned food-related brands such as Ocado, Lindt, Crazy Jacks, Biotiful Kefir and Barts.

She is a mother of three children on a mission to help all kids enjoy real food. Her Instagram account - Healthy Family Food Ideas - offers tips on cooking food that is quick and easy to make, yet nutritious and delicious. Her aim is to help families eat well without healthy food feeling like a chore.

Her healthy recipe ideas include one-pan dinners, simple after-school snacks, un-processed breakfasts, recipes to cook with children and more.
