Noor Murad
Noor Murad is a Bahraini-born chef. She has developed recipes for the books Falastin and Ottolenghi Flavour, as well as for Ottolenghi's Masterclass series and other online Ottolenghi publications. She is the co-author of Shelf Love and Extra Good Things with Yotam Ottolenghi.
Her new book Lugma is published by Quadrille.
